Make a cup of coffee (or tea) from our well stocked coffee bar. Play a game of pool or fooseball or simply walk outside to hike the trails right at our doorsteps. The Space
Come to the House of Kokopellis & Cowboys for a family vacation, retreat, reunion, or just to get away!
This HUGE 3900 sq ft comfortable home is located in a peaceful area in Sedona – It almost feels tucked away. Everyone can enjoy something here from the young to older crowd. It has fast wifi, a fully equipped kitchen, & a private spa in the backyard!
We also take pride in the cleanliness of our homes and make sure that everything is thoroughly cleaned between guests.
We also made sure to equip with baby/kid gear such as a highchair, pack n play, booster seat & kids silverware + dishes.
Go downstairs for a game of foose ball or pool. Take a hike right outside to enjoy the serenity and peacefulness Sedona has to offer.
Guest access
You will have access to the WHOLE house which is 2 levels. There are 2 main entrances. One is upstairs and the other downstairs. Both are set with keyless entry pads so that no key is needed to enter. On the day of arrival, you will be provided with a code to access the house.

Other things to note
This home was built before my time and I like to think that there is character in the original design. You’ll immediately notice the beautiful stucco exterior along with the steel beams within the interior framing. We do not have a staircase within the home but we had an OSHA standard spiral staircase built outside of the deck that easily connects the 2 levels. There is a railing at the top with a secured gate so that you must open the gate to get onto the staircase ~ which is a safety feature we made sure to have. You can also access each level of the home by walking on the side of the home.
The Neighborhood
The neighborhood is quiet and it feels tucked away and secluded. Just next door are 2 beautiful horses to look at. Sedona is a magical place and this city takes pride in the quiet hours between 10pm-7am and also is a lights out type of city. That means that in order to best enjoy the night starry sky, residents of Sedona make sure to turn off all exterior lights around 9/10 pm.
We are a short few minutes drive to restaurants, shops, creeks or hiking trails. It is best to have your own car to get around to enjoy the local restaurants, bars, & to grocery shop. Or you can use ride sharing services like uber & lyft. There are many grocery stores, restaurants, & shopping excursions very close to the home. There is always something fun to do!

We are here for you so our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a message or phone call away. We want to make sure that you, as our guests, are comfortable & able to relax while on vacation.
We are NOT a property management company – we are real people with real jobs and families who understand what traveling comfortably should look like.
Also, we have members on team that speak English, Spanish, & French.

- Safety hot tub info:- swim at your own risk. No lifeguards at the home. You are liable for all that occurs while swimming
- Lights MUST be turned off outside at 10pm as per Sedona city Law
